I tried to write something spooky.
After my friend @girlwiththepapatattoo showed me these gifs from @yourxsoul I could not stop till I finished this about a stupidly happy Astarion with a bunny hat like that.
I wonder about the reactions of the others in the camp. I’m sure Gale is jealous… but of course only secretly. He would never admit it.

Well, sadly I can’t say a date. In the future, there will be updates, and the story will finish, I promise you that.

How did Astarion steal your heart? What are the most favorite things about him for you that you adore?

I have most definitely noticed, and I’m still in absolute awe! Thankyouthankyouthankyou!
So, Astarion is just…SO well written. On the surface he’s just a selfish ass, happy to screw others over if it’ll get him ahead. And he’s unapologetic about it! But if you take the time to know him and give him the opportunities to grow, he really does. He’s less of an ass, a bit more prone to kindness…or at least, where Tav is concerned haha. I love how sassy he is, but also how vulnerable he can be when he lets his guard down. And Neil Newbon’s performance just…completely sealed the deal, it’s so expressive. He fills Astarion with so much life. Absolutely 1000/10 character.
As far as Sable is concerned, I’m honestly still discovering her as I go along! I know that she’s prone to a little snark, but she’s absolutely skittish, and determined to be kind as often as she’s able. She worked in Baldur’s Gate with her parents before they passed (haven’t quite figured out how, but stuff is brewing) taking care of people’s pets like a veterinarian would, especially for the rich folks. As a druid, she’s still connected to nature, but it’s the nature of the city rather than the forest. She likes animals more than people, save for her new found-family :3
Absolutely agree with the Astarion part. Sometimes people just need a change of environment and a chance to be better <3
